2026 "Sailing Star" Special Training Camp Roots-Seeking and Mid-Autumn Gathering

On September 16, 2026, the golden autumn brought a refreshing coolness, and the moon was full, symbolizing family reunion. On this beautiful moment of a bright moon shining high in the sky and the whole family celebrating together, Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guilin Power Capacitor") held the 2026 "Sailing Star" Special Training Camp Roots Tracing and Mid-Autumn Gathering. The event continued the theme of "Deep Love for Mid-Autumn, Heartfelt Affection for Guilin Power Capacitor", and received strong support from various departments of the company. The company's senior management team, representatives of department heads, representatives of the 2023-2026 "Sailing Star" Special Training Camp students in Guilin, and mentors gathered together to admire the bright moon and spend a pleasant evening. The entire event, through exciting segments such as roots tracing and Mid-Autumn gathering, not only allowed everyone to feel the warmth of Guilin Power Capacitor's culture and the company's long historical accumulation, but also infused a strong festive warmth, bridging the distance between each other, and making every participant deeply feel the care and inclusiveness of the Guilin Power Capacitor family.

Fifty-nine years of changes in the seasons: a visit to inquire about the path taken

to experience in person

Remembering where we came from is the key to going far. The first stop of this event is the old factory area, which carries the collective memory of Guirong people. Following the traces left by production and construction, we have a dialogue with those passionate years, and appreciate the spiritual continuity in the company's development journey through the comparison between the old and the new. Led by the company's leaders, everyone visited the old office building, old workshop, monument and other landmark buildings in turn: every brick and tile, every utensil and object, have become a "three-dimensional textbook" to understand the company's history. Everyone stopped to look closely and listen attentively, understanding the past from the past production and seeing the future from the current development. Along the way, we remember not only Guirong's corporate values and the spirit of Guirong people, but also holding on to Guirong's roots and grasping Guirong's future.

Retrospective Sharing

This "journey of time" transformed into a sincere dialogue spanning generations during the symposium. Some trainees compared seeking roots to opening a book, where between the lines, one can read not only the profound heritage of Guirong but also a legacy worth continuing. The new Guirong people asked the old Guirong people questions, and this intergenerational dialogue itself was the best inheritance; while the old employees also looked back to rediscover the roots of Guirong, openly stating their desire to "keep deepening their roots in such an excellent platform". Different perspectives, same sense of belonging - this dialogue made everyone more determined: to maintain their original aspirations in seeking roots and to pursue the future through inheritance.

Finally, the melodious tune of "Youth Golden Song Chorus" rang out, and the familiar singing pushed the atmosphere to a climax.
